Blending and Packaging |
Bagging and fertilizer blending services are offered on-site by DBT.
The installed blender employs a continuous process and is equipped with four hopper compartments. Each hopper is mounted on a digital scale and is fitted with an automatic dosage correction system, which ensures extreme dose accuracy, guaranteeing the customer that the analyses of the end-product blend meets the intended specifications.
Blending capacity totals 120 tons per hour. The bagging facilities consist of two FIBC (big bags) filling stations, capable of handling 500kg - 1,250kg big bags, and one 50kg bags bagging line.
